Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate should have basic to good knowledge of Tally and experience in handling purchase and sales entries, preferably in an engineering or machine tools-related business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and entries in Tally.
• Handle purchase and sales entries in Tally.
• Enter purchase invoices, sales invoices, and related transactions.
• Maintain proper records of items related to engineering and machine tools.
• Verify invoices and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
• Maintain and organize accounting documents and records.
• Assist in day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with the team for accounting-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting.
• Basic to good knowledge of Tally.
• Practical experience in purchase and sales entries.
• Knowledge of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• English reading skills are preferred.
• Responsible, sincere, and willing to learn.

Candidate Preference

• Candidates residing in Masjid Bunder or nearby locations will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
