We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in coffee brewing, team management, and customer service, ensuring a premium caf experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages. Manage day-to-day caf and coffee bar operations with focus on efficiency and hygiene. Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the barista team. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and place orders for coffee beans, equipment, and consumables. Ensure outstanding customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints effectively. Maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment in optimal working condition. Uphold brand standards, quality consistency, and caf ambiance. Required Skills & Experience: 2- 4 years of experience as a Barista with strong hands-on knowledge of: Coffee beans & roasting profiles Espresso extraction Brewing methods (Sour-over, French press, Aeropress, etc.) Milk steaming & latte art Experience managing or leading a team in a caf or specialty coffee setup. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently during peak hours. Good to have: Professional coffee training or certification (SCA / Brew Master / Barista Training) Ideal Candidate: Passionate about specialty coffee and caf culture.
