This internship is exclusively for Manipal students. About the Role: Are you someone who thrives on building networks, sparking campus buzz, and working closely with high-growth startups? As a Business Development Intern, you’ll help us scale our student community through outreach, event support, and creative campaigns — all while gaining hands-on startup experience. Duration: The internship will run for two months, starting from the official launch date of the app, which will be announced shortly. Eligibility Criteria: Must be a currently enrolled student at Manipal Must create and verify your account on the Junction app once it launches Must post a minimum of 3 listings on the Junction marketplace within 5 days of starting the internship Your Key Responsibilities: Spread the Word: Promote the Junction App across your campus through word-of-mouth, peer groups, and student communities. Drive Growth: Refer verified users to the app – there’s no cap, so the more you refer, the more you earn! Support Crew Clash Contests: Help students form and register teams (we’ll give you a clear step-by-step guide). Lead On-Ground Events: Coordinate and assist with Junction’s offline activities – fixed pay per event. Amplify Marketing Efforts: Share ready-made promotional content on platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram. Collect Student Feedback: Be the voice of your campus by gathering opinions to help us improve the app. Maintain Basic Reports: Keep track of your outreach and referral activity in a simple format. Be the Face of Junction: Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and creativity on campus.
