Key Responsibilities Manage all MIS activities and maintain accurate reports Develop customized dashboards for management Monitor stock, sales, production, and financial metrics Track KPIs and provide insights for business decisions Handle data migration, master data cleaning & validation Support ERP implementation and daily data entries Automate reports using Excel/Google Sheets/Formulas Technical Skills Required Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Table, Macros optional) Power BI / Google Data Studio (optional but preferred) Good understanding of business modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting) Knowledge of Tally or ERP software Soft Skills Accuracy & attention to detail Strong analytical mindset Good communication & coordination in Gujarati,Hindi & English Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid sick time Ability to commute/relocate: Junagadh, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: MIS Executive: 1 year (Required) Language: Gujarati (Required) Hindi (Required) English (Required) Location: Junagadh, Gujarat (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
