Job Summary:We are looking for energetic and responsible Field Executives (Field Boys) to work with our real estate open plot marketing team. The role involves site visits, customer handling, and ground-level marketing activities to generate leads and support the sales team. Key Responsibilities:Meet customers and take them for site visits at open plot ventures. Explain project location, layout, plot sizes, and price details to clients. Coordinate with Telecallers and Sales Executives for customer follow-ups. Distribute pamphlets, banners, and signboards in target locations. Collect customer data and feedback from field marketing activities. Attend local exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns. Maintain good relationship with customers and ensure a professional experience. Achieve weekly and monthly site visit and conversion targets. Required Skills:Good communication in Telugu and Hindi (basic English is a plus). Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude. Should have a two-wheeler with valid driving license. Knowledge of local routes and nearby areas. Ability to handle customers politely and professionally. Punctual, honest, and hardworking. Qualifications:Minimum 10th Pass / Intermediate / Any Degree.
