The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development and Fiori applications, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements. This role requires deep technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP programs and Fiori applications in S/4 HANA On-Premise and RISE environments. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and enhance SAP Fiori/UI5 apps with a focus on performance and usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers. Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing phases. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ABAP and Fiori applications. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards. Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA). 5 to 6 years of relevant experience as an SAP ABAP / Fiori Consultant. Strong expertise in ABAP programming including reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and workflows. Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development and customization. Proven experience working on SAP S/4 HANA On-Premise and RISE environments. Familiarity with SAP Gateway and OData services. Good understanding of SAP modules and business processes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Certification in SAP ABAP or SAP Fiori/UI5. Experience with SAP Cloud Platform (SCP) and other related technologies.
Role Overview The Category Lead Accessories & Add-ons will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing the accessories and add-ons business for JSW Motors portfolio. This role requires strong product understanding, vendor development expertise, pricing strategy, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Aftersales, Service, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver revenue growth and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Category Management Develop a comprehensive portfolio of EV accessories & add-on products (interior, exterior, protective gear, comfort features, connected tech, lifestyle essentials, etc.). Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer need analysis to identify gaps and new product opportunities. Define product roadmap, feature priorities, and launch strategy for accessories across all EV models. 2. Vendor Development & Procurement Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for accessories, add-ons, and aftermarket products. Drive cost negotiations, quality validations, and commercial finalization with vendors. Ensure adherence to JSW Motors quality, safety, and compliance standards. Coordinate with Supply Chain for demand planning, forecast validation, and inventory management. 3. Pricing, Revenue & Business Planning Create pricing models, margin structures, and revenue plans for the accessory portfolio. Define sales targets and drive performance through dealer network and online channels. Track category performance, profitability, and ensure product availability across the network. Implement strategies to boost accessories penetration during vehicle sales and post-sales cycles. 4. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Launch Readiness Prepare launch kits, product training content, pricing sheets, and marketing collaterals. Partner with Marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and digital visibility. Ensure dealer readiness, POS branding, display setup, and training for accessories selling. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Engineering & R&D for product validation, compatibility checks, and technical approvals. Collaborate with Aftersales Service teams to ensure serviceability, fitment guidelines, and warranty considerations. Partner with Finance, SCM, Channel Development, and Product Planning for seamless operations. 6. Customer Experience & Quality Management Monitor product feedback, warranty claims, defects, and customer complaints related to accessories. Implement corrective actions with vendors and service teams to maintain high-quality standards. Enhance accessory-related digital buying experience (configurator, catalog, online store, etc.). Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of EV market, automotive accessories, and aftermarket operations Expertise in vendor management, sourcing, and commercial negotiations Knowledge of product testing, engineering validations, and regulatory requirements Analytical skills in pricing, costing, and category management Cross-functional coordination and project management Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management Ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business Management (preferred). 6–12+ years of experience in automotive accessories, aftermarket, EV categories, or product management. Experience with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV startups, or accessory manufacturers is an added advantage. Proven track record in managing product categories and vendor ecosystems.
