Great infrastructure and interiors but not customer friendly. Was asked to take the staircase and not allowed to take elevator to Business center. There is no waiting / seating area at the huge lobby / reception on Ground Level, had to stand for 15 Minutes while waiting for cab, tiresome considering I wasn’t well.
