SCOPE OF ROLE This is a hands-on HR role spanning the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and performance management. You’ll ensure a smooth day-to-day People & Culture operation, while embedding consistent policies, systems, and best practices that align with our global People strategy. HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Act as the first point of contact for all India-based HR queries Manage onboarding, exits, confirmation, transfers, and documentation Maintain accurate HR data, employee records, and local HRIS compliance Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Partner with our global recruitment team and local hiring managers Coordinate interview logistics, offers, and onboarding programmes Deliver high-quality, consistent new hire orientation experiences Employee Relations & Engagement Provide trusted advice to managers and employees on people matters Support resolution of concerns, conflicts or grievances Lead local engagement and communication initiatives Performance & Development Coordinate India’s performance review cycles Support managers with performance improvement planning Assist with local training needs and L&D rollouts Policies, Compliance & Governance Ensure full compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements Maintain registers, coordinate audits, and update internal policies Act as the HR gatekeeper for policy consistency and risk mitigation Payroll & Benefits Coordination Manage external payroll vendor relationships Oversee insurance and employee benefits administration Address payroll and benefits queries with speed and accuracy Reporting & HR Analytics Prepare monthly HR dashboards and people metrics Analyse trends and contribute insights to drive process improvements WHAT IT TAKES Experience & Qualifications 5–8 years in a broad HR Generalist role (standalone experience preferred) Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (PG preferred) Solid knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory processes Experience managing recruitment, payroll coordination and HR operations ERP/HRIS systems experience; working in a global or cross-border team is a plus Key Skills End-to-end HR operations Indian employment law & compliance Recruitment coordination HR data analysis & reporting Stakeholder management & relationship building Excellent communication & discretion Personal Attributes Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented Organised and detail-driven High professional integrity and confidentiality Culturally aware and adaptable WHAT WE OFFER YOU We truly value your work, time, and skills!
