Job description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Google Ads PPC Search Ad Manager / Media Buyer at JSA Interactive. The Media Buyer will be responsible for developing, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google on a day-to-day basis. Your specialty should be lead generation for B2C AND B2B clients, Pay per call, remarketing strategies, audience creations, keyword management and campaign / ad performance analysis. Qualifications Fluent in English specifically in corporate and technology jargon. Proven experience in managing Google campaigns with a focus on generating phone calls, maximizing conversions for local business clients, achieving ROI and lowering conversion costs. Expertise in account setup, campaign setup, keyword optimization, ad copy optimization, scaling strategies, and phone call generating tactics. Proficiency with conversion optimization and budget allocation. Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Experience integrating ad platforms with GTM, GA, Looker Studio, CRMs, and data-driven decision-making tools. Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel strategies for lead generation and conversions from ads to websites. Experience with day parting and other advanced techniques Experience with Google Ads script management Creative skills to collaborate on ad copy and visuals in responsive ads (working knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus). Strong understanding of A/B testing Strong understanding of MCC account management Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Ability to resolve Google Account issues independently required Ability to do competitive research Google certifications a plus Bonus: Familiarity with Home Services Sector e.g. Landscaping and Tree Service Bonus: Familiarity with advanced remarketing tactics a plus Bonus: Youtube Ads experience a plus Bonus: Local Service Ads experience a plus Bonus: Smart Campaign experience a plus Minimum 5 years of experience in Google search media buying and Google Ads campaign manager Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Google Ad campaigns to generate high quality phone calls and conversion for local home service clients Setup and connect client accounts to our MCC account Setup conversion tracking, analytics and CRM integrations Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals and lower cost per call conversions Conduct in-depth audience and keyword research and build targeted ad campaigns to achieve maximum relevance and ROAS / ROI for clients. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results. Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing responsive ad creatives and copy. Stay updated on the latest platform changes, advertising trends, and competitor strategies. Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
