Roles and Responsibilities Operate conveyor systems, crushers, bunkers, and coal rack loading/unloading systems at power plants. Ensure efficient operation of equipment to meet production targets while maintaining safety standards. Monitor and control plant operations to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly. Maintain accurate records of plant activities, including maintenance schedules, inventory levels, and quality control checks.
