As a Mid-Level Manager of the Service, LAN, and Solar teams, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure timely and quality work delivery. You will act as the main point of contact between teams, facilitate clear communication, monitor performance, identify process improvements, address customer concerns, provide training to team members, collaborate with management on objectives, and maintain reports on team performance and customer feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee operations of Service, LAN, and Solar teams for timely and quality work delivery. - Act as the main point of contact between teams, resolving issues and ensuring smooth workflow. - Ensure clear communication within teams and with customers. - Monitor performance, assign tasks, and ensure accountability. - Identify process improvements for increased efficiency. - Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure resolution. - Provide training and guidance to enhance team skills. - Collaborate with management to plan and execute team objectives. - Maintain reports on team performance, project status, and customer feedback.
