Jr Merchandiser and Quality Assurance (Apparel Industry)

The Junior Merchandiser and Quality Assurance Executive will jointly manage order execution from development to dispatch. Their responsibilities include coordinating samples, tracking trims and fabric, maintaining TNA, and ensuring clear communication between suppliers and production. They will monitor quality at every stage through inline and final inspections, ensure AQL standards, check measurements, and guide operators on corrective actions. Together, they will oversee documentation, approvals, defect control, and shipment readiness. This combined role requires strong attention to detail, fast follow-ups, accurate reporting, and the ability to maintain smooth workflow across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing to deliver defect-free garments on time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
