Position: Junior PHP Developer – College/University ERP

1. Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Junior PHP Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PHP-based application development, preferably in College/University ERP projects.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of developing, maintaining, and enhancing ERP modules, along with experience in handling large databases containing lakhs or crores of records.

The ideal candidate should understand educational institution workflows and be capable of working on existing ERP applications, database management, bug fixing, module development, and performance optimization under the guidance of senior developers.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. ERP Application Development

• Develop, maintain, and enhance PHP-based College/University ERP applications.
• Work on different ERP modules, including:
• Student Admission & Registration
• Student Information Management
• Fee Management & Online Payments
• Examination & Result Management
• Attendance Management
• Academic Management
• HR & Payroll Management
• Library, Hostel & Transport Management
• Reports and MIS
• Understand institutional requirements and implement functional changes in existing ERP modules.
• Develop new features and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
• Work on data import, export, and migration activities.

3. Required Technical Skills - Core PHP Good MySQL Queries & Joins Good Database Handling Large datasets / Crores of records Laravel / CodeIgniter.

4. Mandatory Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Prior experience working on a College/University ERP or Educational ERP project is mandatory.
• Practical experience working with MySQL/MariaDB databases.
• Exposure to handling large databases containing lakhs or crores of records.
• Good understanding of SQL queries, database relationships, and joins.
• Ability to understand existing code and implement modifications independently.
• Knowledge of ERP modules and educational institution processes.

5. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in College/University ERP software development.
• Understanding of student lifecycle management, admission processes, examination systems, and fee management.
• Experience in working with multi-module ERP applications.
• Exposure to large-scale database operations and query optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot application and database issues.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.

6. Key Selection Criteria

Candidates will be evaluated based on:

• Practical PHP development experience of 2–3 years.
• Actual working experience in College/University ERP projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of MySQL databases containing large volumes of records.
• Understanding of ERP modules such as Admission, Student Management, Examination, and Fee Management.
• Ability to write SQL queries and troubleshoot database issues.
• Ability to debug and modify existing PHP applications.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
