Job Description

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Manage campaign budgets, monitor spending, and maximize ROI and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
Track and analyze website traffic, leads, and conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Create performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong expertise in Performance Marketing.
Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
