Job Description

Every hotel wants to fill rooms at the right price. You’ll help them do it. As a Jr. Business Analyst at ZettaRMS.ai, our agentic AI revenue management system for hotels, villas and homestays, you’ll join a results-driven team at the build stage and work closely with the founding team and your Team Lead. You’ll turn hotel data into strategies that lift revenue and drive adoption of dynamic pricing, and you’ll help clients go from onboarding to expansion and advocacy. This is a non-tech role for sharp, curious people who love numbers, stories and clients.

Job Responsibilities

Support the Team Lead in analysing client data and planning strategies to maximise room revenue, occupancy and RevPAR
Study pricing and revenue parameters such as ADR, pickup, pace and competitor rates, and suggest ways to improve client operations
Analyse large data sets to pull out actionable insights, and build reports that show the impact of every strategy on the client’s business
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, and communicate key findings clearly
Help plan focused campaigns and health checks so clients get the most from ZettaRMS.ai and stay for the long term
Track product performance and monitor project plans to make sure they deliver results
Work closely with your manager to keep every client in your portfolio growing their use of ZettaRMS.ai

Candidate profile

MBA / BBA / BE / BS from a reputed institute
Freshers welcome. 1-2 years of experience handling data in Excel is a plus, not a requirement
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break big problems into clear milestones
Ability to create clear, powerful presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication (a must)
Self-learner: curious, a self-starter, and able to work with minimal supervision
A track record of excellence in academics or beyond, with real accomplishments
Interest in hospitality, travel or retail businesses is a plus
Passion for being part of a fast-growing SaaS company
