Jr Billing cum costing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead project billing, cost management, quantity verification and budget control activities.
• Review and certify contractor RA bills, invoices and payment applications.
• Verify project measurements, executed quantities and BOQ.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, cost variances and cash flow.
• Handle cost estimation, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Review variation orders, change orders and additional cost claims.
• Prepare cost reports, MIS dashboards and budget updates.
• Identify cost risks and recommend cost optimisation measures.
• Coordinate with PMC, EPC contractors, consultants and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and financial controls.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Commerce / Finance / Construction Management or related discipline.
• MBA Finance / Master's in Construction Management preferred.

• Experience in airport terminal buildings, airside, landside, utilities and infrastructure works.
• Strong experience in contractor billing, RA bills, BOQ, quantity verification and payment certification.
• Knowledge of cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting and commercial management.
• Experience working with PMC / EPC / Client-side / Design-Build projects.
• Knowledge of contract administration, variation claims and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP and project cost management tools.

Preferred

• Experience in Greenfield / Brownfield airport projects.
• Experience in airport projects with a capacity of 10 MPPA or above.
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying / Cost Engineering / Commercial Management.
