As a Junior Architect with 0-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing 2D and 3D architectural designs using industry-standard software. Your role will involve creating high-quality renderings and walkthroughs using Enscape, Lumion, 3ds Max, Revit, and V-Ray. Additionally, you will prepare BOQs for project estimation, draft detailed working drawings for construction execution, and coordinate with MEP teams for service integration. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the designs implemented on site. To excel in this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and demonstrate strong proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, 3ds Max, and V-Ray. Your ability to develop technical drawings, work collaboratively in a team, and stay updated with industry trends will be key to your success.
