Position Overview As part of the CAD/PDM Service Team, you will play a key role in the global administration and support of CAD and PDM/PLM systems within the JOST Group. Your responsibilities will include ensuring system availability, promoting standardized application usage, and driving methodical implementation across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to : Provide centralized system administration, maintenance, and first/second-level support. Deliver training and ongoing assistance to CAD/PDM users and key stakeholders across multiple locations. Develop and implement concepts, standards, and best practices for system usage. Support the introduction of new tools and system enhancements. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. About You To be successful in this role you will have: BE - Mech/ Auto/Prodcution from reputed institution 3-6 years of relevant experience Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus. Skills : Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken). Solid knowledge of Creo Parametric. Hands-on experience with PDM/PLM systems. Ideally, background in mechanical engineering. Experience insupporting and implementing PDM/PLM systems is a plus. Structured, systematic approach to work, quick learner, and ability to thrive in international team environments.

This role is responsible for receiving specific problems as input, forming and leading cross-functional resolution teams, and ensuring timely and effective closure. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills, with experience in Agriculture or Off-Highway Equipment highly preferred. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Problem-Solving Leadership Take ownership of assigned problems and lead them to resolution using structured methodologies (8D, DMAIC, A3). Form and coordinate cross-functional problem-solving teams, ensuring clear roles and accountability. Facilitate root cause analysis and implement robust corrective and preventive actions. Continuous Improvement Initiatives Identify systemic issues and propose process improvements to prevent recurrence. Support deployment of Lean and Six Sigma principles across operations. Document lessons learned and integrate them into organizational best practices. Stakeholder Engagement Communicate progress and results to management and relevant stakeholders. Ensure alignment with customer requirements and internal quality standards. Preferred candidate profile Education : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience : 35 years in problem-solving or continuous improvement roles. Experience in Agriculture or Off-Highway Equipment strongly preferred. Skills : Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent problem-solving methodology. Proficiency in tools such as 8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, FMEA, SPC . Strong facilitation and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
