The watch is really nice but was not packed properly and I didn't received warranty card with it . But when I ask for the card they told me that invoice inside box can be used as warranty card. So it was helpful for me and they replied all my mails about queries.

Sorry, for the delay previously I rated this product with least ratings that was my mistake i didn't remove the small holder in the time changing key once removed everything is fixed working well

I wish I cud give 0.... got watch bracelets as gift on anniversary in June.. used it today for the first time...wearing it since morning. By evening the bracelets turned black.... now cant evn complain since its been 3 months that I have got it as gift.
