I tried to call the customer service 5-6 timesbut it's not working after I got only one hello from the customer support and then their voice is vanished. My watch stopped working within a year of purchase but due under warranty i could claim it.I sent a email to fix it and within 10days my watch was picked up fixed and again delivered to me as i bought it for the 1st tym.
