Meetups, workshops, conferences, co working sessions, hackathons all in one place and easy to find based on your profession. What you’ll do • Lead outbound outreach to potential hosts, communities, and partners • Build the early sales playbook and partnership strategy • Understand what converts and why • Test, break, iterate, close, repeat How we work • This isn’t a 9 hour shift • We expect 3 to 4 focused hours on weekdays • You choose your workflow, tools, and process • We support you wherever you need us What you’ll get • 3 to 5 percent equity • 5 percent profit share till we raise • Salary after funding • A front row seat to the early chaos of building a platform from scratch Who you are • Hungry, not entitled • Comfortable talking to people and selling without sounding pushy • Understand how to build trust fast • Bonus: experience in marketing or community work How to apply Send us an email at hello@joinup.co.in as if you are reaching out to an event host and convincing them to host on JoinUp.
