Job Role: Customer Service Executive Company: oneinfo.ai – India’s first AI-powered agent for creators & influencers About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Creator Success Executive to join our growing team. You will be the bridge between creators, brands, and our technology — ensuring seamless onboarding, resolving queries with empathy, and helping users succeed on OneInfo AI. As the first point of contact, your role will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for creators & brands during onboarding. Conduct onboarding sessions (virtual/in-person) to guide users through features and benefits. Handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions. Maintain excellent communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Gather feedback from users and share with internal teams (tech, ops, marketing) to improve the product. Build strong, long-term relationships with creators and brand representatives. Track onboarding progress, prepare reports, and share insights with management. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to analyze and solve customer issues effectively Prior experience in customer service, influencer management, or brand relations is a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) preferred. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
