You will also be responsible for supervising contractors, engineering, and technical staff, ordering specialist components, fixtures, or fittings, creating maintenance procedures, managing stocks of supplies and equipment, as well as keeping records of faults and repairs. In this role, you may need to work shifts or be on call, especially where manufacturing equipment is in continual operation. Additionally, travel to sites will be required.
