Good company. Thousands of lifts in hyderabad location maintaining this company, hundreds of lifts installing every year in hyderabad. One of the best elevator company in India.

I am not happy with Johnson Lifts Services persons. They have done free services promptly, but they are not able to notice exact problem in lift. I also doubt whether service persons are talented are not.

Facing so many issues with johnson lift, AMC is too costly and without amc no paid service available from them,

Useless persons..They have got a lot of business it seems.. it's been 2weeks they took the measurements of the space provided for elevator at my new home, but they never called back..and neither they responded to my queries.completely unprofessional.

Very poor response, all are false commitments, more than than two months, not even correct communications, 90% payment taken as advance, but not at delivered

Very unprofessional behavior! Totally terrible service by the executives. They don’t answer the calls in emergency. Hell with this.
