I don't know johnson elevators good or bad But by taking johnson employee they are maintaining other companies and not giving service .. as Johnson employee said they use johnson parts and install might be leads diverting to their personal companies .. and misleading customers

The elevator battery died down with in 2 years and the manufacture doesn’t provide warranty for more than an year. The quality of product seems to be questionable. Also the annual maintenance rs40000 doesn’t cover this.
