We are hiring for Leading FMCG Industry Job Location - Mumbai & Kolkata Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Sales Strategy Own and drive the revenue and profitability targets for all online marketplaces. Devise and implement channel-specific strategies to increase visibility and conversions. Monitor pricing, promotions, and category performance across platforms. Platform & Operations Management Manage day-to-day operations across platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto. Ensure accurate listings, inventory alignment, order fulfillment, and ontime delivery. Optimize product content, search ability, and consumer engagement metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and finance to streamline operations. Coordinate with platform account managers to unlock growth levers and visibility opportunities. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze platform performance using KPIs such as sales, RoAS, conversion, and fill rates. Prepare regular business reviews, forecasts, and sales reports for senior leadership. Team & Relationship Management Lead a small team and coordinate with external partners/agencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform category managers and buyers. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred. 7–12 years of experience in e-commerce sales with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. In-depth knowledge of seller platforms including Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit Partner Console, Zepto dashboards, and others. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling e-commerce business. Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Hands-on experience with advertising and promotional tools on Amazon and Q-commerce platforms. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
