MEP Design Engineer- Electrical / Sr. Engineer - Electrical for Building Services.

Design Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Manager - ELV systems for Building Services.

1. 6 - 15 Years of experience working in the ELV Systems Design for Building Services with Bachelor of Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree (or equivalent education).

2. Experience in Hospitals, High - rise Buildings, Commercial, Government, IT Parks, Residential Buildings, Airports.

Have experience in the design of Fire Alarm System - FAS, Access Control System- ACS, Public Address System - PAS, Networking - DATA, Telephone System, MATV, Wi-Fi system, Building Management System - BMS, SCADA, EMS and CCTV systems, IPABX system, Nurse Call system- NCS, Hospital Management and Information System - HMIS, Information Display System - IDS, Audio-Video Systems AVS, Active and Passive system designs of Network, Raceway sizing and Containment sizing etc

4. Should be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations, and technical standards (TIA/ EIA, CENELEC, ANSI, IEEE, IS, NFPA, NBC, ECBC, CPWD, IEC, BS, GRIHA, IGBC, CEIG, CEA)

5. Good understanding of MEP coordination and interface with other disciplines.

6. Developing the design of entailing drawings, Design Calculations, BOQ, Estimations and Specifications.

7. Design check, Review, Modifications, and problem-solving capabilities.

8. Delegation of responsibilities and work to the team members based on their individual strength and abilities.

9. Report, monitor progress, resource forecast, design programme for MEP design delivery.

10.Capable of working on as own initiative, as overall responsibility, and accountability for assigned work.
