Bigbasket promises that they provide us a fresh food but recently I order icecream and the ice cream expiry has only 3 week and that ice cream tub we opened the test of icecream was changed. Really big basket disappoint us.

The online shopping experience was really disappointing esp since big basket is a Tata enterprise. Worst is the cc responding on chat don’t really care if you continue as a customer or not. They promise callback which does not happen. Really disappointed!!

I had a very bad experience with my vegetables shopping. I was given totally rotten raw jackfruit diced .I had ordered two boxes of it .nor the phone number shared by them in the email is invalid. They have provided with a service ticket number and didn't clarify what I am suppose to do with it. Horrible service by bigbasket.
