Job Summary: We are hiring Collection Telecallers to join our dynamic team responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely debt recovery for a leading bank. Ideal candidates will be persuasive, patient, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and remind them of pending dues. Follow up consistently on payment commitments and ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate records of calls, payment promises, and follow-up actions in the system. Handle customer queries professionally and provide clear information on outstanding amounts and payment options. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; graduate preferred. Prior experience in collections, tele-calling, or customer service is an advantage. Good communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
