Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in the Kanyakumari district. The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans, manage sales teams, and drive business growth across multiple verticals. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identifying new market opportunities and expanding client base. Managing and mentoring the sales team to ensure high performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. Conducting detailed market analysis to support business decisions. Preparing periodic sales reports and forecasting trends. Collaborating cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing teams to optimize outcomes. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Team Management, and Client Relationship Management. Proven expertise in Market Analysis, Business Expansion, and Target Achievement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Experience in preparing, analyzing, and presenting detailed sales performance reports. Proficiency with CRM software and sales-related tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Prior experience in a leadership sales role, preferably within trading, manufacturing, or conglomerate sectors, is a plus.
