Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer located in Panipat. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative designs for our range of home textiles, including decorative pillows, rugs, table runners, bathmats, and poufs. Daily tasks will include conceptualizing and developing design layouts, collaborating with the production team, conducting market research for design trends, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Graphic Design, Textile Design, and Fashion Design Experience with Design Software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW Strong skills in Creativity, Concept Development, and Trend Analysis Excellent Design Communication and Presentation Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the home décor industry is a plus Relevant degree or diploma in Design or related field
