The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, create and implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets. This role will also involve conducting market research, analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining sales metrics. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Life Sciences, Pharma, and Healthcare sectors. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Track and report on sales metrics to monitor performance and areas for improvement. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Proven experience in sales and business development in Software Consulting and Services. Experience in driving sales in AI/ML, Data Analytics. Experience working within the Life Sciences, Pharma, and Healthcare domains. Knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Automation, Generative AI, and MLOps is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Demonstrable experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and managing end-to-end sales processes
