Poor customer service... They got money from me to put jio fiber wifi connection and they didn't come to do their service... We called several tyms and the only answer is the person is busy they will come.! But no one turned up.!

Accessibility is very difficult. Inside Purva Primus. Everytime you enter, you need to make an entry in the register at the security guards' place. And even after that the centre isn't easy to spot once you enter the building.

I have visited twice for JioFi dongle issue and it was resolved within 1-2 hours.
Coming to staff,they are good and polite.But you have to be patient to get response from them.

We cancel the jio connection but amt reverse 4 months late
