Worst sales people here. Mr.Subbarayan sold a product to us telling all lies. Delivered nothing as promised. Billing details incorrectly given to push and sell the connection. Was shocked to see the bill later. You could trust Jio but not these people in thoraipakkam. Disappointment total!!!

We were made to wait more than 45 minutes just to see the service guy. Were told again and again that they were on lunch break even though it wasn't mentioned in their timings nor they could tell when it would end. While they were helpful during the actual service, the wait time was the worst.

Very poor customer care. They only receive money on time but won't give connection on time.I have to wait one week to get a connection. Very poor behaviour with customer, they won't even attend your call neither call back for your query once after you pay money. All they focus is money for their pocket.

They share false information like connection will be provided so soon(immediately on the day) then they will take a week or more for installation. Inbetween they won't attend your phone call. Very bad behaviour and poor response for customer. Never take jio fiber from this store.
