Waste of time. Everything can be done through customer care no resolution will be given by jio center. Jio center is only for connection and they can't do anything with customer care. This is the response I received from the people who attended to address my queries. And there is nobody called manager or branch head.

Do not, I repeat do not fall in trap. I raised a request and the appointment has moved 6-7 times. No one comes, no one calls. They took money and now not coming to install. Airtel people are very good and prompt. Avoid at all costs

My jiofibre connection service went faulty and service complaint was raised 20 days ago and still no response from service. I prepaid for service and 20 odd days have to be reimbursed to me !! Such an irresponsible service
