Little more helping to the needy customer is expected. Service is OK, but being an outlet of the Jio should know all the intricacies and problem solving by its staff which was found lacking.

Surprisingly good. Jio fi battery was swollen. Got it changed in 15 minutes. People at the center were well spoken. Only disappointment was that the battery swell up in like 5 months of use.
