What does a typical day look like for a SDR? As a Sales Development Representative, you will: Own the end-to-end closure of deals, from prospecting to final handshake. Sell Interakt, our WhatsApp marketing tool, to drive measurable business impact for clients. Engage and build relationships with SMB and MSME customers on a daily basis, understanding their needs and positioning Interakt as the ideal solution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. What responsibilities will you be trusted with? Follow up with Inbound Leads Do Product Demonstrations to the Qualified Leads Coordinating with Sales Teams to move leads to closure. Constantly record lead and prospect activity in CRMs. Develop new business with constant communication to prospective customers on Email, LinkedIn, Calling etc. Drive attendance to Marketing Campaigns (Events / Webinars / Virtual Events etc) What skills, expertise and experience are we looking for? 2-4 years of experience working as a Sales Development Role with SaaS / Technology / IT firms. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
