B-181, a luxury villa in Niralanagar, Lucknow, is hiring an Interior Site Engineer (Finishing) to manage day-to-day site execution during the interior phase. The role involves coordinating with architects and vendors, maintaining drawings and RFIs, monitoring material flow, ensuring proper sequencing of trades, and conducting quality checks across carpentry, stone/marble, tiling, false ceiling, paint, lighting, and other finishing works. The engineer will also oversee site safety, housekeeping, and protection of completed finishes. Daily reporting and communication with stakeholders are essential, ensuring the timely delivery of high-standard interiors that align with the villa’s luxury design vision.
