Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and presentations to assist leaders during the review discussions. - Promotion Process Support: Collaborate with department leaders to identify promotion potential and align it with career pathways. Contribute to the design and implementation of assessment tools, ensuring objective evaluation. - Data Collection and Analysis: Develop methodologies for collecting performance-related metrics. Conduct advanced data analysis, offering insights on trends that align with organisational goals. - Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with department heads to gather feedback and tailor performance strategies accordingly. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to boost comprehension of performance systems. - Process Support: Provide comprehensive advisory services to department managers and employees regarding role expectations, review processes, and performance enhancement strategies. Address and resolve escalated queries using in-depth knowledge of organisational policy frameworks. Job Specifications Experience - 5-7 years within HR functions, demonstrated capacity in performance management activities Qualification - Master's degree in human resources or a related field Certifications - Professional certifications in the field of HR or PMS and Talent Management is a plus
Role Objective To support the Learning and Development function in implementing L&D strategies, conducting learning need analysis, and reporting of learning metrices. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day L&D activities, implementation of high-quality programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational learning goals. Key Responsibilities - Assist in L&D Execution: Support the location learning and development team in execution of L&D plans that align with business objectives and compliance requirements, focusing on skill enhancement across organizational levels - Learning Needs Collation & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive learning need assessment to identify learning requirements based on Performance Management System inputs, business transformation needs, and compliance mandates. - Program Management: Manage various learning and development initiatives, including registration processes, participant engagement, and post-training evaluations. Ensure that programs are delivered effectively - Creation of Learning Calendar: Develop the annual learning calendar and support with execution of the identified learnings. Support with the nomination and selection process for both internal and external learning facilitators - External Facilitator Liaison: Collaborate with external facilitator and vendors, ensuring content is tailored to meet specific organizational needs and manage relationships to uphold high standards of learning delivery. - Feedback and Evaluation: Ensure timely collation of feedbacks to measure program effectiveness using both quantitative and qualitative data - Data Management and Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report learning metrics to provide insights into program effectiveness and areas for improvement. Create and maintain learning MIS for regular updates to management. Experience - 6-11 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development within the steel, power, or manufacturing sectors, preffered in GCC or Shared service environment - Experience in managing training programs in a GCC or international context is highly advantageous
