Jig Grinding Operator

The Jig Grinding Operator position is a full-time on-site role based in Tiruvallur. As a Jig Grinding Operator, your primary responsibility will be to set up and operate jig grinding machines in order to manufacture precision metal parts. Your daily tasks will include interpreting blueprints, measuring, and inspecting finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools. In addition to this, you will be expected to perform routine machine maintenance and ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience in setting up and operating jig grinding machines. You should be proficient in interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings, as well as skilled in using precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential qualities for this position. A good understanding of machine maintenance procedures is also required. As a Jig Grinding Operator, you must be able to work independently and demonstrate a strong commitment to following safety protocols. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
