Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Operator, located in Sidhi. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machines, overseeing production lines, performing quality assurance checks, and adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities also include collaborating with team members, ensuring efficient production flow, and maintaining high standards of workplace safety. Additionally, the Production Operator will assist in training new team members as required. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with Production Lines Ability to conduct Quality Control checks and ensure product compliance with standards Strong Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in Training colleagues or junior staff Keen attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus Prior experience in production or manufacturing roles is an advantage
