What Youll Do

• Decode every customers style: their personality, wardrobe, mood, the occasion and the budget.
• Create complete looks, not just single pieces. Mix and match necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets for weddings, parties, festive days, office wear and everyday glam.
• Offer personal styling advice: what suits their skin tone, face shape, outfit and neckline.
• Tell the story of every piece: its design, features, pricing, offers and how to care for it.
• Build styling relationships with customers so they come back to you for every occasion.
• Keep up with the trends: new collections, festive edits and whats trending on Instagram.
• Follow up with clients to share new arrivals and styling ideas that suit their taste.
• Make every handover special with elegant packaging and a memorable send-off.
• Contribute to store goals. When customers love their look, the numbers follow.

Youll Be Perfect for This If You…

• Are passionate about fashion and styling and love experimenting with looks
• Are eager to learn and curious about jewellery, designs and trends
• Have a good eye for colour, design and how pieces work together
• Communicate warmly and confidently, and make people feel heard
• Are well-presented, stylish and approachable
• Bonus: Any experience in jewellery, fashion or retail is a plus, but not required
