Jewellery store manager

Jewellery Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of a jewellery showroom, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Achieve monthly sales targets and increase showroom profitability.

Lead, motivate, and supervise sales executives and other staff.

Assist customers in selecting gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery.

Maintain stock records and ensure accurate inventory management.

Monitor gold rates, billing, exchange transactions, and customer orders.

Ensure jewellery security and follow showroom safety procedures.

Handle customer complaints and build long-term customer relationships.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.

Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with senior management.
