Jewellery Sales Assistant

As a Jewellery Sales Executive at our store, your role involves engaging with customers to understand their requirements and assist them in choosing the perfect jewelry pieces while achieving individual sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving customers and engaging with them to determine their needs. - Daily stock counting and maintaining records of opening and closing stock. - Ensuring proper and attractive display of products at the designated counter. - Safeguarding the jewelry on display. - Assisting the marketing team with customer visits and exhibitions. - Identifying potential customers and directing them to the store. The skills required for this role include the ability to sell effectively, self-motivation driven by targets, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service abilities. Qualifications: - Minimum educational qualification of 12th passed, Diploma passed, or UG degree. - Age requirement: 20 to 35 years. - Experience: 2 to 10 years in the jewellery field. Salary Range: Rs. 18,500 to Rs. 25,000 per month with additional benefits such as PF, ESI, yearly bonus, and monthly and quarterly incentives. Free accommodation for non-local employees.
