The role involves product consulting, design-oriented sales interactions, and ensuring exceptional customer experience within the showroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement Greet and onboard customers professionally; understand requirements and preferences. Provide tailored design/product guidance and resolve customer queries. Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Sales & Conversion Promote and sell interior solution products and services. Conduct need-based selling using consultative and value-based sales techniques. Prepare and validate sales orders; coordinate payments and documentation. Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, enquiries, and conversions. Showroom Operations Ensure showroom ambience, product display, and visual merchandising standards. Coordinate stock availability, replenishment, and display alignment with marketing. Administrative & Reporting Maintain daily sales reports, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation accuracy. Work cross-functionally with design, installation, and operations teams. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in retail or interior product sales (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and consultative selling ability. Basic computer skills; CRM & MS Office proficiency. Passion for interior design and attention to detail.
