Customer centric service approach with no time restriction. Proactive spares replacement before critical breakdown occurs. Pre-Sales technical report after site survey for new applications / opportunities. Maintaining records of service visits with clear descriptions of actions taken. Verifying the customer stock and reminding to procure the consumables. Supporting to collection team to follow up with customer if any pending payments as needed time to time.
