Company: JeroByte Software Pvt Ltd Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Experience Required: 4–6 years Job Description JeroByte Software Pvt Ltd is hiring a Technical Lead to lead our engineering team and contribute hands-on to system design, development, and infrastructure. This role requires strong full-stack expertise, experience with modern architectures, and the ability to guide teams through delivery. Key Responsibilities ● Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers ● Participate in full-stack development across frontend and backend systems ● Design and review system architecture, including microservices and microfrontend architectures ● Develop and maintain scalable backend services ● Work with cloud and server infrastructure, including AWS and aaPanel ● Manage DNS configurations and mail servers (including GoDaddy DNS) ● Identify and resolve technical blockers to ensure timely project delivery ● Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards ● Break down requirements into technical tasks and assist with sprint planning ● Act as a technical point of contact between management and the engineering team ● Coordinate with company leadership and the development team to align technical execution with business requirements Required Qualifications ● 4–6 years of professional software development experience ● Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Express.js ● Hands-on experience with microfrontend and microservices architectures ● Experience with Docker and container-based deployments ● Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines ● Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL (experience with additional databases is a plus) ● Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms ● Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version control ● Experience mentoring developers or leading technical teams Compensation ₹4 – ₹8 LPA (based on skills and experience) How to Apply Send your resume and relevant project or GitHub and Portfolio links to hr@jerobyte.com
