SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCERS EXECUTIVE THE ROLE • Lead and execute the social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, delivering engaging, consistent and on-brand content. • Use insights, analytics and trend analysis to optimise content, maximise engagement and accelerate follower growth. • Manage influencer outreach to build ongoing, value-driven partnerships, with a focus on commission-based collaborations. • Build and manage the Jennah Organics Ambassador Programme by identifying credible creators within the wellness and nutrition space and nurturing long-term relationships. • Oversee the end-to-end affiliate programme, including commission-based influencer activity and additional affiliate partners (promo codes, cashback sites, content networks, email lists, etc.). • Collaborate with our influencer marketing agency to identify key opportunities, provide updated brand briefs, and review performance to continuously improve results. EXPERIENCE NEEDED Previous experience of working with influencers and/or affiliate programs Previous experience of working on commercial marketing campaigns Strong mathematical competency for sales/budget analysis and management Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word Excellent administrative and presentation skills Strong passion for social media SKILLS Team player Strong negotiator Innate interest and knowledge of social media Organised, efficient and pro-active Accuracy and attention to detail (copy checking, figures, minutes, spelling and grammar) Strong creative and design judgement Self-motivated and shows initiative Confident, ambitious and outgoing personality Excellent written and verbal communication skills
