Jeeves offers a worst service support.. does not have a proper channel or location to contact them.. Flipkart does not even know or provide their contact details other than their email and toll free number which does not respond at all.

Worse experience. I sent my TV for repair. They said it’s fixed and will get delivered in 2 days. I didn’t receive even after 2 weeks. No response from customer care. Horrible.

Frauds, Flipkart vendor insisted for a technical visit by this third rate agency. And they were updating that they visited or troubleshooted even with out making ba call to me. Because of that I lost my one months time and lost money.

Very poor service. I bought a mi TV from flipkart these guys were the demo teams, they never showed up. And then I went to their office " In the Google Maps" Only to found out that there is no office. I don't why flipkart do business with these people.

I bought Koryo washing machine. After few months, machine not working properly. So they sent some jeeves technician. Jeeves technicians just check machine and reported its working perfectly. We still can't use the machine. Thanks to koryo for providing such stupids for servicing.
