Utter waste. Totally irresposbile. If your product is from flipkart and installtion is by these Jeeves, you are gone. Nobody knows when they will turn up for service. Always better to check who is doing installtion before purchasing from Flipkart. If by Jeeves, never ever go for that.

Bought a TV on Flip kart as Amazon was not delivering in lockdown. The TV took almost 20 days to come and no sign of technician after one week yet and I am still trying. Flipkart standards have fallen and this customer service is just rubbing salt to the wounds.
